Do you have to be friends with your co-workers?



I think it's better to have friendly relations at work, because we need help sometimes, it is best to talk to friends at work, because if there was talk Time is passing quickly and be entertaining, I want to talk to friends at work there because feeling happy, you can to be in a relationship only in the work and not at our own  lives.

  1. Lama, thank you for your post. I agree with you. I have had friendships from most of my jobs and I have also had situations where I have avoided others because of their drama and/or I did not really share similar outside interests outside of work.

  2. I agree that it is much better to work with someone that is your friend or a person that you just met. It is very true that relationships at work can be different from the relationships outside of work.

  3. I also agree with you, it is good to have friends at work. Also when you just talk to them, time flies by and work feels like its going by so fast.

  4. Friendly relationships at work can make the job easier. Talking to them can make the time go by faster but it also might be a distraction.
